Day 36 - Fast

• A friend of mine taught his child to breathe like Darth Vader when he was two. So I'm quite proud that both Florian and Matthias now can make the sound of Imperial Probe Droids :) - I know, it's very nerdy.
  
• Matthias today wanted to wear underpants instead of nappies. I carefully instructed him in their use, that he must promise me to tell when he needs the toilet. He was quite proud running around in panties and Florian remarked that Matthias looks dorky and called him "underpants man". Two hours later Matthias obviously had forgotten all the instructions and peed himself.
• Matthias had diarrhoea today and we had to bathe him twice because of the smell.
• Matthias now is obsessed with being first or fastest at everything. So he often runs around shouting: "I am fastest, I am fastest". Then Florian overtakes him just to annoy his brother and Matthias starts crying.
• Matthias today said: "Who is first having black hair? My dad!". That's quite true and since I was the only 100% Chinese in the room there was no one who could have overtaken me :)
• Florian often opens the fridge and just has a look what he could eat next. Heidrun being an environmentalist told him that this is not good because it wastes energy and thus burns fuel which would kill the dinosaurs (we've told him that fuel is made of dead dinosaurs). Florian noted that they are already extinct, so she corrected it to polar bears. Florian then asked: "why do we need polar bears anyway?"
