- We went to Vienna today to visit my work, go to McDonalds and then hand Florian over to his grandparents where he'll stay for 2 nights.
- At work Charlie, a nice colleague, built a boomerang for the kids. Designed by him and good flying performance, the kids were quite impressed (well, Florian was, Matthias didn't really get it, I think).
- We took the subway line 6 which is brown on the map, so I told Matthias that we take the brown train. That was a BIG mistake, he was devastated that the actual train was red and kept asking for the next half hour when the brown train would arrive. Obviously he couldn't be talked out of that. "Only the line is brown, not the train, do you understand that?" "No, because that's stupid!"
- At McDonalds they now have started to introduce free refill in Austria! We still have to pay for ketchup though (and it's the only country I know where you have to do that)!
- Matthias has chickenpox as well now, doh! I managed to get both kids with chickenpox during my paternity leave ...
- Lunch: McDonalds, Dinner: Leftovers
